The revolutionary lightweight Envirochannel "one piece" channel drainage system, designed to be installed in any
area trafficked by heavy vehicles, up to and including class D400 loading.
Manufactured from 100% recycled plastic composite material, Envirochannel properties include high
strength, impact resistance and immunity to virtually all forms of effluents and chemicals; also
unaffected by UV.
Available in a variety of depths and widths as well as a class D400 loading slim-slot "heelguard"
pattern.

Strong & Robust
The recycled material used in manufacture is exceptionally strong. it has a high resistance to impact and is load tested to D400 (BSEN1433).
Lightweight
With weights from 9Kg for the 180 to a max of l9Kg for the deeper 380 unit, Health and Safety issues are dramatically reduced for the installer when compared against traditional systems.
Chemical Resistance
Envirochannel is resistant to all forms of effluents such as road salts, petrols, diesels etc and Envirochannel is not affected by UV.
Quality Assurance
All PDS linear drainage systems are fully compliant to BSENl433 and carry the CE mark. In addition product certification and QMS are provided by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (Notified Body No. 0038 Construction Products Directive).

Envirochannel can he installed in all areas where heavy vehicles will gain access. This removes the need and confusion over different load class channels on the same site.
